On Friday 5th December 2014, the Words Worth Reading Team members took part in the Christmas Jumper Day run by SMA Support UK, in order to raise funds for this charity. Big and small team members sported their Christmas Jumpers and appropriate head gear to help raise a little extra cash for one of the key charities we have been supporting throughout 2014 – SMA Support UK. The charity provides crucial support to children and families affected by Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) and also funds research into prevention, cure and treatment.
We were delighted to have raised £52 for the charity. We also made a £52 donation to Save the Children.
