Frequently Asked Questions
Can I see an example of your editing to make sure it’s what I need?
Yes - we provide a free sample essay or manuscript editorial of 500 words on request if required. Simply email us a sample edit request with a sample of the document you wished to be edited to: enquiries@wordsworthreading.co.uk.
How does the editing process work?
Once you have made a submission you will be assigned an editor from our
team. This editor will review your work fully within a specified time
limit. Your editor will make the changes using the Reviewing / Track Changes
feature on Microsoft Word and this means you can then see all the suggested
changes and approve or reject them individually or collectively.
Can you meet my 24 hr deadline?
Yes - If your essay is 7000 words or less then we offer an express service
for a small extra fee. All you need to do is select the express service
along with another editorial service.
How do I make a payment?
Once you have selected 'add to basket' on the service that you
require, you can either continue shopping to purchase another service
or select 'checkout'. You will be required to fill out a few
details about yourself and then choose your method of payment.
We accept credit/debit cards and also payment by cheque (please note
that if you select pay by cheque then we are unable to edit your work or
CV until this cheque has been received).
How do I make a submission?
Once you have made your payment send us your submissions as an email
attachment to submissions@wordworthreading.co.uk
What if I am not happy with your service?
Words Worth Reading Ltd aims to provide complete customer satisfaction
and we take any complaints very seriously. Should you have a complaint in
the first instance please contact Catherina Dunphy by email (catherina@wordsworthreading.co.uk)
or by other methods of contact as stated on the website.
Should you still feel that your complaint is unresolved it will then be
escalated to the Managing Director, Samantha Pearce.
Which CV service would suit me?
Words Worth Reading Ltd offers two main CV editorial services: the full
MoT CV editorial service or CV/ Resume writing service. If you do not have
a current CV then the CV/ Resume writing service is for you! This service
can take the stress out of producing a first class CV. All you have to do
is complete our online form with some basic information and from this we
will create a well presented and written CV tailored to your specific job
goals.
With the full MoT service we will tailor your current CV towards a specific
industry or job if necessary and ultimately produce a beautifully written
and well laid out contemporary CV.
Will I be committing plagiarism if I use your student proofreading service?
We are not an essay or dissertation writing company, we simply edit your
words to ensure that the work you hand in is of the highest possible standard,
this includes checking that all of your work is properly referenced to avoid
you falling foul of the plagiarism rules. Additionally, any input that Words
Worth Reading Ltd provides into your essay or dissertation will not contravene
the rules concerning plagiarism.
